BayesDB is currently available via Github.
In addition, BayesDB can also be accessed via a community-contributed Docker container, currently built weekly. Install instructions for Docker can be found here.
Once docker has been installed and configured enter the following command in your Unix/Linux terminal to download and install the Docker container (this will take a few minutes):
docker pull bayesdb/bayesdb
Start docker and load the Dartmouth Atlas of Health example:
$ docker run -i -t bayesdb/bayesdb /bin/bash
$ cd examples/dha
